lucantv currently teamed up with haddad viljoen on the official album launch of die heuwels fantasties to create certainly one of south africa’s first 360°music motion pictures.  
the video for gebruik my off their new album launch, ok!, has been formally launched.
in step with pierre greeff, lead singer and founding member of die heuwels fantasties, the band knew they wanted to do something fantastic with this new album.

 "as far as we realize, this is the primary time that a song video has been recorded immediately in virtual fact (360° video) in south africa," says pierre. 

"those who were no longer on the launch on the 5th of may also can now revel in how it was and feel as if they're on stage with us," he provides.
360° films are shot on the same time with multiple cameras after which mixed into one video to seize the total essence of the institution.

Die Heuwels Fantasties will be joining forces on stage with legendary songstress Laurika Rauch, the super talented Loki Rothman and Jo Black for Liefde by die Arena in Cape Town in July.

Angelina Jolie and Shiloh open wildlife sanctuary in Namibia

Angelina Jolie and Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt travelled to Namibia for the opening of a new wildlife sanctuary named after the 11-year-old. Angie has always had a special relationship with the southwest African country as Shiloh was born in Swakopmund, Namibia in 2006. In honour of Shiloh’s relation to the country Angelina along with Shiloh and the rest of her siblings visited Namibia to open the  Shiloh Wildlife Sanctuary . The new sanctuary is funded by the  Jolie-Pitt Foundation  and was established through a collaboration with the  N/a’an ku sê Foundation  and Namibia's Ministry of Environment and Tourism. According to the foundation’s site the sanctuary was opened “to assist and care for any rhinos or elephants that have been injured or orphaned in a poaching incident.” People magazine  reports the name of the sanctuary came as a surprise to young Shiloh and that “her face lit up when she saw the sanctuary for the first time.” SEE PICS ...
