Siyanda Xulu’s father disappointed with son’s treatment at Kaizer Chiefs

Siyanda Xulu's father Christopher says his son has been left frustrated by Kaizer Chiefs and is unable to move on as he awaits his payout and clearance.
Xulu joined Amakhosi ahead of the 2015/16 campaign, signing a bumper five-year deal and arriving with much expectation, having spent three years with Russian side FC Rostov.
Yet things did not pan out as planned, with Xulu starting just six league matches in his two seasons at Naturena before being announced among a host of players to be released by the club last week.

This website understands that communication between Xulu and coach Steve Komphela was non-existent, with the player left frustrated at his coach’s lack of faith and appreciation.
Yet the defender is unable to put his dismal Chiefs stay in the past following his release as he is still waiting on the club for his money and papers, according to his father.
''There's no problem with Chiefs, but they need to give me his papers [clearance] and they also need to pay him because he still had three years left with them,” Zulu senior tells KickOff.com. “So they need to pay him his money and issue his clearance and I believe he'll get another club.
''Having said that, of course he's disappointed about being released, but wandering around and talking to the papers won’t help, it won't help. What is important right now is that Chiefs should pay his money and issue his papers so he can go and play football.”

Xulu Snr insists a number of local clubs have shown interest in his son, who he is sure will earn a move ahead of the 2017/18 campaign.
''There are many clubs as we speak who are interested in him, but they are waiting to know once his relationship with Chiefs is over,” he said. “I can assure you he'll get another club. There are so many clubs interested in him; I'm talking about Ajax Cape Town, Sundowns, Pirates and also other clubs.''

But when I got to see it, I realized it was a joke. Its all entertainment. So no feelings/emotions attached. I knew it was a joke. We all made fun about it and all took advantage of the fact that I was trending and I had a new video out there. I don't see anything coming between me and him or whateve...
